This Privacy Policy describes Yardstick Assessment Strategies’ (“Yardstick”) policies and procedures for the processing of personal information through its website (the “Website”) and its exam delivery software, Yardstick Measure (“Measure”) as well as your rights with respect to the information that we process about you through the Website. This Privacy Policy does not cover our processing of personal information through ProctorU’s test proctoring services. ProctorU’s test proctoring service’s privacy policy is available here.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or Measure.

Information Collection and Use

When you contact us through the online form on our Website, we request identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and job title. We also ask you to provide us with information about the reason you are contacting us.  We request this information so that we can accurately respond to your inquiries.

We also collect any information you provide to us when setting up or using the Measure platform, including names and email addresses for any administrative users.
