From the initial site setup we will ensure the site is configured properly with site settings, facilitators, and corporate accounts. We will also train you on how to use all of our system’s features.

Create and Configure Exams and Programs

When a new client is on-boarding we set up the high stakes exams and configure the settings needed for the administration. We import their content if this already exists, or set up their Item Writers and Subject Matter Experts with an Administration account so they can create the content. Once the form is decided (questions chosen by client and psychometricians) we create the exam and use the settings desired. We QA the form to ensure consistency and accuracy once it is created.

Quality Assurance

We run QA before letting you know your project is completed to ensure accuracy. When we set up new programs/exams we grant them into demo accounts to ensure they are working as they should. We use multiple different web browsers to ensure the program runs the same on one or another. High stakes exams are run through QA checks before administration as a candidate would to ensure all settings are proper, content reads well, ensures there are no formatting errors, and no issues with the upcoming administration.
